We offer a store credit for the return of any unopened packages of cosmetic products in new condition. 

We must receive your return within 30 days of your purchase date to qualify for a store credit.  

Our return policy applies to cosmetics (GHC/LNC lines) only. 

Due to the nature of our products and JBP product safety policies, we do not accept returns of placental extracts, supplements or medical devices.

Shipping, sales taxes and affiliate commissions we pay are deducted from your credit.
